ENERGY STAR® Products


Part of Malibu Sunrooms' initiative is providing energy efficient products to homeowners and a commitment to lessen the impact on the environment.  We provide three major sunroom components, each receiving the ENERGY STAR rating.  

• Roof Panels - Malibu Sunrooms offers ENERGY STAR® rated roof panels. These are the very first roof panels in the sunroom industry to obtain ENERGY STAR rating.
• Comfort-Gard® Plus glass doors and windows have also earned the superior ENERGY STAR® qualification. Even in extreme hot or cold temperatures, our ComfortGard® Plus glass delivers the comfort and protection of thermally efficient glass, resulting in lower energy use (either in cooling or heating), saving a significant amount of money while protecting your home from sun damage.
• Comfort Deck™ structural insulated floor panels, another ENERGY STAR approved component,  provides superior insulation and strength for rooms built on decks.

Three components of a sunroom that have received the ENERGY STAR® rating for products that use less energy, prevent greenhouse gas emissions, and adhere to strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the EPA and the Department of Energy.
